Company History
Focusing on Commercial Cleaning Services
Jack's Maintenance was started in 1952 by Jack Schmitzer. He began as a window cleaner and eventually expanded into janitorial services. The company has since grown from one employee to over 350 today. Jack's daughter, Lauri Struck, began running the company in 1982 and took ownership a few years later when Jack officially retired.
During its many years of service, Jack's has become extremely knowledgeable in all facets of professional cleaning services, as well as a diverse array of janitorial and maintenance fields. We use state-of-the-art equipment, from truck-mount carpet extractors to self-contained riding scrubbers and more, to ensure your contract cleaning needs are provided at the highest level of quality.
Jackšs also has two divisions:
- Acoustic Clean of the Fox Valley, which specializes in cleaning acoustical ceiling tiles and grids
- Brite-Way Services, which is a high-rise window cleaning company (acquired in 2009)
Our company now services the entire state of Wisconsin for specialty projects such as window washing, construction clean-ups and other large projects.
We are also very proud to announce our certification by the Green Clean Institute as a Green Certified Company.
Proudly serving the Greater Fox Valley – including Appleton, Green Bay, Kaukauna, Neenah, Menasha and Oshkosh – and other areas throughout Northeast Wisconsin.
